How should I steep my Tea Forté pyramid infusers?
For the perfect cup, place the infuser in your cup and pour hot water over it. Steep black and herbal teas for 5 minutes, and green or white teas for 2-3 minutes to preserve the delicate flavor profiles.
Are your tea infusers and packaging recyclable?
Yes, our signature pyramid infusers are made from food-safe, recyclable PET fibers. Our outer gift boxes are made from recyclable paperboard, and we strive to use sustainable materials across our entire product line.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on tea. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our guest experience team within 30 days for a resolution.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to customers within the United States and Canada. For other international locations, please visit our global partner sites or authorized luxury retailers in your region.
Are Tea Forté products organic and Kosher?
Many of our blends are USDA Organic Certified and most are Kosher Certified by the Orthodox Union. Please check the specific product page or the back of the packaging for individual certification symbols.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress to your doorstep.
