We want you to be fully satisfied with your tea experience; if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a resolution. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea or food items.

Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for eligible accessories or unopened items.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip before shipping the parcel back to our warehouse.
Processing & Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
